Lead intake that routes, enriches, and replies.
Acme's reps spent their mornings triaging inbound leads instead of closing them. We wired an automation that enriches every lead, routes it, and sends the first reply, with approval gates where they matter.
The problem
Every inbound lead landed in one shared inbox. Reps triaged by hand (looking up the company, guessing the fit, deciding who owned it) before any selling happened. Good leads went cold while someone figured out whose they were.
The work was mechanical but not trivial: it needed enrichment, a routing decision, and a fast, on-brand first touch. Exactly the shape that suits an automation with a human gate, not a black box.
What I built
A HubSpot + Slack + LLM pipeline that enriches each lead, scores fit, routes it to an owner, and drafts the first reply. Three approval gates keep a human on anything that's ambiguous or high-value.
How it works
The outcome
“My reps stopped triaging and started closing. The pipeline does the boring 20 minutes before a human ever sees the lead.”
